Sharon and Alison are personable, approachable, fun, considerate and extremely good and knowledgeable at what they do. I personally enjoy seeing the little touches like a poolside joke for the kids whilst they recoup from swimming a length etc and the thoughtful praise they give to boost them. Always keeping them motivated and the morale up. Excellent service all round!! .

Communication is 100%, the children get either a swimming award or a well done slip at the end of every week 10 and then you can purchase a certificate if you wish to do so.
